Overdue Account

WHY AM I RECEIVING BILLS AT $15 PER MONTH WHEN MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN PAID IN FULL AND CLOSED? NOW I AM RECEIVING OVERDUE ACCOUNT EMAILS? 

 

CAN YOU PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS FOR ME AND MAKE SURE THIS IS NOT A SCAM BECAUSE SOMEONE HAS SURELY MADE A MISTAKE HERE.

What does the bill say the $15 is for?


Was the final bill paid after the due date? It sounds like it's for a late payment fee.
