Optus check there isn’t an incorrect bar on my account. You guys were supposed to fix it!!!

Tried modem reset, but no luck. Is this an outage or has Optus stuffed billing reconciliation again (would make it twice this month, first time was phone) and barred my internet?

Not happy Optus
