I'm getting so over the fact I have to contact Optus AGAIN, I get my home internet bill via email but for some reason not my mobile bill. I was informed last month it has been worked out and I wouldn't have to ring every month for 24 months but today I login online to find my bill is once again overdue. How can it be overdue when one doesn't get the bill? Guess I have to ring again. I have a 24 month plan, been on it for 3 months and have rang Optus every month.
