a month ago I got my nbn in my home, my modem has arrived as well, the internet is working, but, I didn't get a bill to pay my nbn. In my app doesn't show for me this option. I just wanna pay.
How can I do that ? Because I already call the support, and they didn't answer me about it.

Hi @JuliaF, if you can`t view your account online or via the Optus app then it seems your online My Account is not setup correctly. In order to setup / fix your online My Account and to check your billing details we will need to look into your account.
