My final Optus bill is in credit

My account shows a credit. Will this go back to my credit card?

No I think it just comes off your next bill assuming you still have a service with Optus.

I don't have a service with Optus, which they knew would be happening. I need it to be credited back to my bank account

You need to request a refund and this will be applied to your original payment method within 5 – 10 business days according to the link below.

I am now using on Boost $30 prepaid. Optus is closed.

Just letting you know everyone can see your number and address probably best to delete it and call up and do that not here
