My Invoices Email


Hi, having the same problem as several others on this forum have had. I have communicated many many many times to optus via live chat and phone to have it fixed and still not receiving email bills for one of our accounts since having it changed to the NBN a few years ago.  Would like this referred to IT too, please.  Why haven't I been referred to IT before now if this is the hopeful fix?

Your best bet if you aren't getting bills and they keep causing you issues, would be to fill out the following form so the complaints team can get IT on the case..
