Monthly Bill

I've just received my first monthly bill for the plan I'm on which is the $40 My Plan Plus 12 SIM and the amount doesn't add up.  I was on the $40 prepaid plan for a week before I switched to the postpaid plan above. 

 

Ive just received my bill which is a total of $77.99. Why isn't the bill for a total amount of $40? I have checked the details of the bill and I had not exceeded any of the given usages that comes with this plan. Could someone justify as to why the total amount is $77.99??

Hey @Andrea88, we bill a month in advance on first bills plus any prorated charges for the time the service was used. We have a guide here to help you understand your bill. If you would like us to take a look, please send us a PM with your account details and DOB for privacy.
