How come I’m getting emails saying I’ve used up up my allowance for the month when my Dongle has been turned off for a week?? Seems odd , anyone else been dudded 🙄🙄🙄👍

It does seem odd and I would check into it further. Not sure on your plan but Optus have a pretty stuff usage penalty fees on most of them.
Contact Optus and find out when your data was consumed and by what programs.

Hey @Marty55 - usage alerts can be delayed up to 48 hours however a week is quite a long time.
Can you please send through a private message confirming your account number, full name and DOB? We'll take a look into this.
