Mobile disconnection


My phone has still been disconnected. I've paid off my whole bill and im not able to make any calls or receive any yet. Someone did get back to me on yes crowd but has since been MIA when I sent all the details. I'm afraid I may not even be able to have the same number anymore. Need help ASAP. I am not able to use any other phone.
