I'm a new optus customer. I've had my mobile broadband service for just over a month, and i suddenly receive some strange message saying i subscribed to i tube. I check my bill and im getting charged $54...this is bs... I never signed up for anything... and i dont buy that i clicked on something that signed me up... Its a mobile broadband service... I cant even reply to messages... This is ridiculous... I never experienced this with other providers... i was advised by someone in chat that their content team will review charges... Honestly thats not good enough... I'm happy to pay what I signed up for but not anything else. Optus, please reverse and block from happening again... I will raise to TIO if necessary.
