Anyone else have random weekly charges from Optus and labelled MIA Sphere Live?
Tried to call the helpline and was on hold for over 30mins..... How do we find out why its being changed and how to we cancel this charge immediatley.
Find it pretty poor from Optus to allow random charges as such to creep through.
Make me reconsider my provider options and the other suppliers out there.
