I received this email from Optus Team re a an 'order update'. I haven't updated my order. They had my name right. Is this a scam or a mix up?

Have you recently made any changes to your account through either the Optus app or My Account?

Optus have a very annoying habit of sending these order update notifications when there is even a minor configuration/info change.
