I keep getting emails from Optus saying my bill hasn't been paid and to update my details. Scam?

Is my account up to date. I keep getting emails saying the bill hasn't been paid and to update my details. Is this a scam.

Sounds like a scam.

Can you post the email here (minus any personal details, if any, like your name/email address/account number etc.) .

I'd agree. Any electronic communication (SMS, Email, etc.) that request you "Update your Details" should be ignored/deleted. If you want to check your billing then contact OPtus directly (not via any supplied links and ask.
