I have been waiting almost a month for a return satchel.

I have been waiting almost a month for a return satchel. I have been in contact with Optus support about 5-6 times now each time i get told another 7-10 business days. I don't want debt collectors sending me mail or Optus harassing me about a bill that I shouldn't have to be paying.  

If someone from Optus could help me out it would be greatly appreciated thank you, as I've tried talking to optus reps already but to no avail. Thanks

That is not good enough, bne23.

I'm afraid we're not able to assist here though as we don't have access to or visibility of customer accounts.

If you have a social media account, please send a PM to Optus on Facebook or a DM on Twitter with the details. 

Try not to worry about the consequences as it will be up to Optus to correct them.
