I have an email chasing a payment but the bill is not in my account dashboard. There is no live chat option and I don't want to sit on the phone to optus.

What do you mean no live chat option? If you click here you can't get through?

 

If the bill is not in your dashboard then its highly likley to be a phishing scam (If you hover, not click, over the links provided you might see clues to this. Also just one spelling / grammar mistake would be a big clue. 

 

Hopefully Optus can confirm when you get through to them.
