I have tried calling, have tried chatting but I still get charged that $2 monthly fee for the paper bill even though I have the setting switched to receive digital only on my Account Preferences. Am I doing something wrong?

Hi Camuszn, what account is this for? In the case of a cable service, you won't be charged a paper bill fee as online billing is currently not available. You are charged a fee if you don't have direct debt set up though. Let us know if you require further clarification. Al
