How do I get a copy of my Optus account?

I am new to Optus and received my first 3 months free, I have since received my first and second month notification that money is now owing (which I am not disputing), I have gone through the requested process of email verification so that a bill will be sent to me, I also have the app which I cannot find anywhere on it to request a copy of the bill.  I now have $178 owing and fear disconnection.  Can someone please tell me how to get a copy of my account.

@Bulldogs2016  Have you tried the my Optus App or logging into the account via a Web Browser?
if you have trouble logging in try changing the Primary DNS server to 8.8.8.8.

If you decide to set up a direct debit you will need to pay this bill manually as Direct Debit with Optus does not work on a bill that has already been issued.

I am an Optus user.
