Home Internet - Upgrading Data Amount

Hi, 

 

I would like to increase the amount of data for our home internet. I am unable to to access my account with details about home internet, it only shows mobile phone accounts. 

I have not received an invoice since vividwireless stopped acting on optus behalf. Optus is still direct debiting for the home internet though. 

 

Please help.

The Optus staff that are active in the Yes Crowd do not have access to Account details.
You will need to contact Optus directly to fix your issue.
I am an Optus user.
