Hi, I have been scammed by this Hip Fun Scam. How do i make sure that i dont get charged again and that how to make sure this doesnt happen in the future. ?

Hi Van1234 - thanks for reaching out! I'd recommend to ensure you reply STOP back to the 19xx number the SMS was sent from and also contacting the content provider directly on the details provided.
