Hip Fun Scam - I want my money back!

Hi Optus and Community,

 

I have just gone through my billings and noticed I have been getting charged for a Hip Fun service for which I have NEVER signed up for at all. How can this happen?!!

 

Optus has been billing me weekly. I want my money back! Please Optus can you resolve this!!

Hi @Eddo, these are charges from third party content providers. There's some info and tips here regarding these → https://yescrowd.optus.com.au/t5/custom/page/page-id/IntelliArticlePage?id=1761&typename=BROWSE&keyw.... Follow the instructions to limit spend in My Account and then go through to Live Chat →  http://yesopt.us/chat2us. They will need to raise a dispute with that particular provider for you. There will also be a contact number for that company on the bill.
