First bill and linking services.


What is the time frame for first bill after connection of broardband and do i need that first bill to link services?

Is the new service linked to an existing account you have with us? If so, that'll be sent through on the same date you usually get your invoice. This would only apply to mobile, mobile broadband, ADSL and NBN services. If you've signed up to an Optus Cable service then you'll receive a brand new account number and that'll come through on a separate invoice.
