I have recently paid my final bill online. It is for a mobile account. When I paid the bill, I paid the full amount $98.08. I have since been sent a new bill for the total of $0.37 to cover the 'Payment Processing Fee-Amex'.
I am not sure how I am supposed to pay 37 cents. Will I be charged a second fee on this one too?
Can someone from Optus please sort this out for me. It really sounds like something that just shouldn't happen in this day and age.

Any AMEX user knows there's usually a processing fee.
Yeah its dumb Optus didn't rollit in to the final bill but the internet abounds with tales of hours and $ spent trying to settle the last 50c of a corporate bill. Perhaps contact livechat and ask for billing and they should wipe the debt on request.
