They'll check if we've received payment. Depending on your method of payment, it may take 24-48 hours for the payment to reflect on our end.


You'll usually receive an SMS confirming that we've received a payment.


You can also report a payment through the My Optus app



  • In My Optus app: Go to Billing > Report a payment
  • Text the word Menu to 9999 > Follow the prompts (available from restricted services)
