Hi I was scrolling through Facebook and clicked on a page. As I was going through the page Quizikoo sent me a text and said I had purchased a subscription to their website. How do I unsubscribe from them and not be charged ?

First things first, reply back with STOP.
Jump onto Live Chat → Optus.com.au/livechat and ask the consultant to perform the following actions:
- Set your premium SMS spend limit to $0.00. That'll ensure that this sort of thing doesn't happen again
- Ask them to raise a dispute with the content provider. We're looking at a resolution time-frame of 2-3 working days.
Once the refund has been approved, an adjustment will be applied by the time your next invoice is due out.
We'll always suggest paying the difference between the content charge and your regular monthly access fee.
You will not be penalised whilst a dispute is in progress.
