Why am I constantly, (for the last 3 months, at least) being charged for Excess Data usage on my mobile when the cause for it is the pathetic speed here, forcing me to have to use my mobile for EVERYTHING as the NBN-speed is awful. $10 a pop, and no understanding from Optus, no ETA on when things will be fixed, yet are happy to charge me Excess Charges when the fault is Optus'!!
