Excess Data Complaint

I have been going over my data for the past few months I cannot afford the bills as your staff assured me I have plenty of data available for my household
I refuse to Continue to pay over date fees ! I called your staff and were so rude unable to help me and passed me from department to department and finally the hang out on me really disrespectful

It you're regularly going over your monthly included data, please see Understanding and Managing Your Data Usage

You should also consider increasing your plan to receive more data each month to prevent this from happening.
