Email bills

I get texts to say my bill is overdue but I don’t get the bill. I have asked many times for it to be emailed to me but it doesn’t come any more. All worked smoothly until 3 months ago when they stopped coming. Nothing wrong with my emAil account but I’m sick of spending hours on the phone trying to get it fixed.

I'm sorry that you've been unable to get this looked into. We'll need to check your account on our end, chances are there's an issue with the provisioning of your online profile. Shoot me a private message with your account number, full name, DOB and email address so I can take a look.

Wow...sorry it happened to you too.

Happened to me too.. Worked well until they just didnt arrive and the late fees roll in.
