Direct debit

hello

I have direct debit turned on to pay my monthly bill however no money has gone out of my account but in the optus app it says it has been paid. just wondering if this is common?

This is very odd. Has there been any credits or adjustments applied to your account that would offset the charges? Has anyone perhaps paid it manually?
