Why am I being charged a processing fee on direct debit?
(Disclaimer: It's only 25 cents, I'm more upset about the principle) I switched to direct debit to avoid this.
How much more money do you want to weasel out of me Optus? I'm on a fixed cost contract for another 12 months (errr, I was).
Please tell me there's a reasonable explanation (other than: Optus wants money).
Hmm that is unusual, was your Direct Debit set up after you made the card payment?
