Can anyone tell me why my direct debit doesn’t work? I have cleared and rendered it 3 times and still no go. I have tried every phone number and am unable to speak to anyone - just recorded voices.
I just want to pay all that I owe and cancel my account and transfer back to Telstra. I’m through trying to deal with these people
Optionally, at this stage I'd contact your bank and just cancel the direct debit (they might suggest you need to do that via Optus but they are required to do it on direct request from you too.)
Then just make a one off manual payment to clear anything outstanding with Optus.
