Because every time I try and update my direct debit card details thry myaccount, all I get is this error message:
"Unable to update the direct debit. Please try again later"
And yes, I did click the "validate" button.
While we're at it, can someone please explain how to switch to paperless bills, because I can't for the life of me find the option, and I'm sick and tired of being slugged $2.20 every month.

For the billing if you are unable to edit the credit card info can you try deleting and re-entering the info?
