Data useage enquiry

My son has used all the phone data for this month. We were charged a top up of 1gig. $10. H e turned off his wifi assist, one day later we got another top up, I assumed because there is a delay, today 2 days after he’s turned off wifi assist, we hav3 been billed for another $10. I can’t speak to anyone, it’s impossible to get through.
i am very unhappy about this and frustrated that I can’t talk this through!
Can you assist please?
also one of the reasons why he has gone over the data useage is because we are on NBN and he can’t access Instagram and Snapchat. So the new service is not working as we expected.
