Hi,
I was sold my business plan with a "fighting Fund credit" amount to cover the cost of me cancelling my old plan with a different provider. This credit was meant to be applied to my 4th bill, however it doesnt seem to have been.
Has anyone else had a similar eperience?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Your exit fee only gets charged when you actually cancel or port out.
But if youve transferred to a new account holder, the account gets the contract.

I have already ported to optus so i have been an active member for almost 4 months now. The issue i have been having is to do with promised "fighting fund credit not being applied.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the reply. I have already attempted this with no tangible results. It seems that all involved wish to wash their hands of the matter rather quickly before any explanation can be given. I shall await a response from my alleged new "account manager" who, at the moment, isnt responding to emails or answering his phone.
