I have recently disconnected my connection and account is now showing credit balance. I had setup a direct debit to pay my bills. Can the credit balance be transferred back into my account?
Yes, but you will need to ask Customer Service to process a refund, I'd suggest jumping on live chat at http://yesopt.us/chat2us and ask them to put a request into process a refund. The refund, may be issued by EFT/Cheque, and not the same method as the payment was made etc.
