I went into the optus shop and asked to change the name on my account as it was still under my fathers name. After that I came to realise that they just removed the plan from my account and did not change the name. Now when I try to register with My email it wont allow me as it is used by this account. As of this moment I can not manage my optus plan and I do not want to make a new email.
