Charged for 1300# called on my fixed line account.

I have recently changed to an NBN plan (from HFC) and now have to pay extra for my calls. I have a back to base alarm hard wired that calls out everyday.

EVen though we don't use our landline phone I took the local call package to cover the back to base alarm calls.

 

Turns out the security company number is a 1300# that they use so not to charge their customers.

 

I was charged $7.00 for 22 1300# calls which is more than the $5.00 I pay to cover the local call option.

 

Anyone know how I can get these calls included in my plan?
