I cancelled my home internet and landline last year. I informed Optus. Also I’ve emailed them as well. But they keep sending my bills for a service we no longer use as we swapped to NBN. How do I tell Optus to stop sending me bills?
Just clarifying, so you're still receiving monthly bills for the full cost of the monthly plans? At what point last year? It's not for a credit amount is it?
