Can Optus support get any worse?


I been trying to get a credit of $450 paid back to me for overcharging by Optus but the "chat" to an hour to tell me they couldn't help and gave me a number that is self-service and no customer service knowing it cannt get a refund . Tried the 13 number to get a wait time of 60 mins. that no support in reality.


Do not go with Optus it's a terrible poor company on every level.
