Call cut off after a long wait


I called Optus because of billing problems which I thought had been resolved following an hour and a quarter conversation last month. Having waited ages for a telephone operative to answer my call he then cut me off when I asked to speak to a supervisor. I am currently in the queue again waiting for a response.
