Hi,
I’m trying to pay my phone bill as it was due 12/01/20 but each time I try processing it, the window reads ‘This amount exceeds the maximum amount accepted by Optus’. What do I do?

Try a lesser amount? You can pay 1, 2 or 10 instalments if you want.
