If I put in to have my service disconnected on the 20th and had a relocation out in on the same day and get a text message on the 21st stating that I would hear something in the next 4 days and that the connection was for the 31st well I have heard nothing and keep calling up and get transferred from department to department and then I get a bill for $97 which I am not paying since I have not being able to use my internet or fetch tv or Netflix it is now the 9th of February that’s that’s 20 days to do a connection
You had a failed relocation? or something else? Could you break up your text into paragraphs to make it a bit easier to read please?
