I signed up for a service 08/03 and received the phone/activated the service 15/03. Looking at my account online, it shows the billing beginning on the order date and not the activation date.
I was also talking to online chat support and asked for proof of purchase or a tax invoice, but apparently they cannot supply this for 72hours after activation, is this right?
