Billing for NBN

I agreed to a monthly NBN fee. I have been overcharged for several months. I am overseas and can’t message or call and just need an email address for someone in billing who can help.

Optus don't work via emails. All other avenues are very chocked.

You should call the priority overseas line and will have to wait till it is answered.

Note Optus are allowing a 3 month suspension on some services on request so do check into that.

If its not urgent then I suggest you write (that will eventually be processed)
