Billing error

I have incurred a $60 charge on top of my $85 monthly charge. It is itemised as "$60 Plan" on my bill. I have paid $147 or roundabouts for the past three billing periods and feel like Optus owe me some money. I cannot get through on the phone..

We don't have visibility of or access to customer bills and accounts on this public forum so I'm afraid we're unable to assist here.

It sounds like you have an additional mobile service on a $60 plan.

Please leave Optus a message via your My Optus app for further assistance. Due to the current situation please be aware we are experiencing delays, the team will reply as soon as possible.
