I just payed a bill and it is still saying that it’s due to be paid?

 

does it take a bit to transfer or?

@CalebMc, it really depends on your method of payment. It'll never reflect on your balance instantly. The payment does need to be processed by our payments team. Payment methods such as BPAY can take up to 48 hours to reflect on your account.

 

If your account has been suspended due to non-payment. You can report a payment via → your My account or My Optus application. Services are restored within four hours of reporting your payment.
