I had issues with my bill being overcharged and after a few phone calls and live chat I was assured it would be fixed within 48 hours and the home page would be updated to reflect the changes. Now the issue is this hasn't happened yet and it still has the balance that I was over charged. Question is will this be updated and if so when and why hasn't it been done yet? Getting really fed up with being told yes then nothing happens
