My account was overpaid and a refund has been issued, however, there is a $27.00 charge for using amex.
This has been added onto this months bill. Can someone please conactct me as I need it removed prior to paying my bill.
Optus won't contact you direct via a public website. You need to use LIVECHAT (or hope a mod pops in and asks for your details)
Are you saying AMEX wasn't used to make the payment?
