Account charges

I am on a 49$ plan and I’m getting charged 60$ often. The data has not gone over and the 19$ charge says account charges with no breakdown. What is this?

So $19 or $11 over charged? Either way a strange number. Does you bill show the overcharge as a separate item or just a single monthly fee of $60?

I can only suggest contact Optus directly. Only they can see what is in your bill and explain why.

I assume you haven't also got a phone on the plan or an accessories bundle. What about phone insurance?
