My quota keeps maxing out and tells me I have reached 500MB.

I just manually added up my current amount which would be 25MB.

I have deleted spam folder but my deleted folder has plenty in it. But when I delete emails from there it does not improve the situation.

Hi there, @jnielsen. Thanks for posting on Yes Crowd. 

When we have our customers come through getting this alert, in most cases it's because the "deleted/bin" or "spam" folders haven't been cleared. 

Your "sent" folder also takes up space so I'd recommend deleting some emails there too.

If you've deleted all emails in those folders and you're still getting the same alert, is there any other folders you've created and moved some of your emails to?
