new phone

hi I ordered a new phone on the 23rd of dec and still have not recieved it. can you help?

Do you have any reference numbers for the order?

I see they are advertising iPhone 8 256 GB black as available now on their web site..

wonder whats holding up our orders?

Have you been provided with a finalised order number? If so you will be in the queue for a handset, they get sent out in first come first served basis. 

 

If you are yet to get a finalised order number and have been waiting longer than 5 days, I would advise following up with Online Sale Support on 1300929949.
